Job description
Fairfax County is seeking an attorney for the General Law Litigation and Transactional Assistant County Attorney V role. The position requires strong civil litigation, transactional work, legal research, writing, and public speaking skills to counsel the County across diverse areas.
The successful candidate will handle matters from inception to completion, including discovery and depositions, in state and federal courts and before agencies.
