Job description
Fairfax County is seeking an attorney for the General Law Litigation and Transactional Assistant County Attorney V role. The successful candidate will counsel and represent the County on diverse matters, including litigation, transactional work, research, writing, and public speaking.
Responsibilities include managing cases from inception to completion, handling discovery, depositions, and motions, and advising on policy impacts at state and local levels.
