DeKalb County seeks an Assistant County Attorney IV to advise county departments, handle complex litigation, draft opinions, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate and at least six years of practice, licensed to practice in Georgia; experience in real estate, open records, tax appeals or employment law preferred. Exempt, salaried role with growth in a large county legal team.
