Job description
The Brock Group is seeking a Craft Lead for Phillips 66 - Lake Charles Refinery in Westlake, LA. The Craft Lead is the senior craft person responsible for performing and directing the work of a single crew, ensuring safety, quality, and contract compliance on site.
Responsibilities include pre-job safety planning, toolbox meetings, equipment handling, QA/QC, time and materials reporting, and coordinating with the client and crew to complete tasks on schedule.
