Job description
Simmons Bank is seeking a CRE Banker in Memphis to acquire, grow, and retain large, complex commercial relationships. The role centers on CRE lending, with success measured by net new loans, fee income, referrals, and portfolio management, including asset quality.
The banker will manage a CRE portfolio likely exceeding $50M and cross-sell treasury, wealth, and other bank services. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years CRE banking experience, strong credit analysis, and proven sales abilities.
