Job description
CIBC US is seeking a Senior Debt Products Manager in the Dallas area to oversee underwriting for new CRE loan origination. You will analyze, present, and mitigate risk across the loan lifecycle, coordinating with CM regional heads, Market Leads, Group Heads, and the Debt Products Team Lead.
You will interact with Syndications, Capital Markets, lenders’ counsel, and clients, ensuring consistent, compliant credit presentations and timely issue remediation.
