Job description
Capital One’s Legal Department seeks an experienced commercial real estate finance attorney to support its growing CRE lending business. This role primarily serves Agency Finance, handling multifamily agency lending, securitizations, and related regulatory matters, with collaboration across the enterprise.
You will advise transaction teams, supervise outside counsel, and stay ahead of industry developments.
