Job description
First Horizon Corp. in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Portfolio Manager – CRE to perform comprehensive credit analyses on non-owner occupied commercial real estate loans.
You will evaluate lending facilities and product types and support the credit approval process. The role also includes monitoring the portfolio, reviewing rent rolls and financials, identifying negative trends, and preparing covenant checks to ensure compliance and accurate Cinco documentation.
