Job description
Altus Group is seeking a Senior Consultant, Managed Services to review institutional-grade commercial real estate appraisal reports for TIAA‑Nuveen, ensuring valuation theory, assumptions, and supporting analysis are sound.
The candidate will have 3–5+ years of appraisal review experience, a CGA license, and be on track for MAI designation, with daily use of Argus Enterprise and familiarity with Rockport Val. This role is US-based and supports cross-team collaboration.
