Job description
Capital One is seeking a results-driven Manager, Creative Director for the Retail Bank, to lead an innovative team across email, web, direct mail, paid digital, video and out of home. You will shape brand work and performance campaigns for our Retail Bank and Café teams.
You will mentor talent, collaborate with strategists and clients, translate insights into compelling creative, and build strong partnerships across digital, legal, and operations to drive customer impact and growth.
