Job description
Lima One Capital, LLC is seeking a Senior Credit Officer - Strategic Accounts to oversee underwriting for the company’s largest builder and developer relationships. You will own credit decisions, assess land collateral and AD&C lending, and present complex facilities to senior leadership while maintaining speed and rigor in execution.
The role requires deep expertise in real estate lending, multi-phase structures, and a track record of managing high-volume pipelines.
