Job description
Citi is building a strategic crisis management execution hub in Charlotte and seeks a seasoned Crisis Management Execution Lead to run day-to-day crisis response and readiness across the Americas. Reporting to the Global Crisis Management Execution Head, you will be a senior contributor and regional leader guiding critical decisions under pressure.
This role requires deep crisis management expertise, with a proven track record in incident response, resilience, and business continuity.
