Job description
Houston Methodist is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Specialist responsible for overseeing clinical pharmacy duties and optimal pharmacotherapy delivery. In this role, you will review medication regimens and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy degree and must obtain Texas pharmacist licensure. You will participate in precepting and providing educational support within the healthcare team. The position is full-time and aims to enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care.
