Job description
Zappi is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in the Boston area to help customers derive maximum value from our platform. You will onboard, train, and guide mid-market to enterprise clients while maintaining strong executive relationships.
You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing to reduce churn and grow accounts, advocating for customers and driving data-driven strategies. Flexibility for remote work is available; some travel may be required.
