Seneca Gaming Corporation in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Senior Cook with advanced cooking skills and the ability to lead kitchen stations. You will assist Sous Chefs, ensure proper food storage, timely meal preparation, and high-quality presentation for guests in a fast-paced casino kitchen.
Must be 18+, HS diploma or equivalent; 3 years of advanced cooking experience preferred. This position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to mentor junior cooks and maintain safety
