Job description
Green Thumb in Centreville, MD is seeking a Sr Nursery Technician to manage the vegetation cycle of sustainable plants and train new employees. You will implement new processes, use seed-to-sale software, and record plant movement and related information.
The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, adherence to GMP and safety protocols, cross-training across Mom, Clone, and Veg rooms, and close collaboration with management to meet production goals.
