Job description
Eaton's Electrical Sector – PDCA is seeking a Senior Customer Quality Engineer at the Omaha, NE site to lead customer quality and warranty activities, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
You will coordinate across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Service to resolve issues, track KPIs, and drive preventive actions in a zero-defect culture.
This role requires hands-on quality experience in manufacturing and strong documentation discipline.
