Job description
Ericsson is seeking a Customer Solutions Director based in Plano, TX to drive strategic deals across Networks, Cloud and Software Services, Managed Services, and Enterprise Wireless. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop competitive offers, and close high-impact opportunities while engaging executive and technical stakeholders.
You will collaborate with KAM teams, deliver compelling presentations, and shape roadmaps with insight into TCO, BoM, and solution costing.
