Job description
Listen Labs is hiring its first Engagement Manager in Austin to help customers maximize adoption of our AI-powered research platform. You will own the post-sale journey, onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for key accounts.
You\'ll partner with sales to identify expansion and renewal opportunities, provide proactive guidance, and collect customer feedback to shape our roadmap.
