Job description
LoanPro invites a Senior Customer Success Manager to Farmington, UT to drive retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction across a growing SaaS portfolio. You will lead reviews, guide clients through LoanPro’s ecosystem, and coordinate with product and sales teams to maximize value, while delivering training and scalable processes.
The role requires onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams; remote work is discretionary per management policy.
