Job description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to support Merchant Payment Services by combining advanced analytics with a strong customer experience mindset.
You will acquire and integrate data from multiple sources, apply statistical techniques, and translate findings into actionable recommendations across the MPS customer journey. The role partners with CX, Product, Operations, Technology and business stakeholders to design analyses, improve measurement, and help leaders make evidence-based decisions.
