Job description
Talkdesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant - HLS to lead CXA/CCaaS implementations for healthcare and life sciences clients. You will serve as the technical lead on Epic integrations, HL7/FHIR workflows, and secure data exchanges, while mentoring teams and shaping best practices across Professional Services.
You will collaborate with product/support, translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and drive long-term CX strategy with executive stakeholders.
