DIRECTV is seeking an expert IT Software Engineer Principal 2 to lead the design, implementation, and reliability of CX orchestration platforms centered on AWS, Genesys Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud. You will guide cross-functional teams in agile environments, driving cloud-native development, Terraform, and CI/CD while ensuring security and performance.
You will architect data pathways, integrate with CRM and AI platforms, and mentor junior engineers.
