Maersk in Charlotte, NC invites a Senior Customer Experience Consultant to connect customers with Ground Freight and Cold Chain operations. You will oversee shipments from booking to delivery, provide proactive updates, and coordinate with operations, dispatch, carriers, and cold storage to meet customer requirements.
This onsite role (five days/week) offers a salary range of $65,000–$75,000 plus benefits and development opportunities.
