Job description
OnTrac is hiring a Customer Experience Senior Coordinator to support a 24/7 Control Tower. The role independently handles escalations, supports reporting, and helps ensure white-glove processes across shifts and customers.
This is a hands-on contributor position with no direct reports. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer operations or logistics, strong Excel skills, and flexibility for evenings and on-call shifts.
