Job description
Woods Bagot is seeking a Senior Customer Experience (CX) Engineer to bridge software engineering, product design, and customer success. You will design end-to-end digital touchpoints, build self-service features, and optimize the user journey based on real-time data.
You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and technical teams to identify pain points, architect automation, and measure CX metrics while driving reliability and performance across web and mobile platforms.
