Job description

Join a global organization where cybersecurity is treated as a core business capability—not just an IT function .

As a Senior IT Security Engineer, you’ll design, implement, and strengthen security across endpoints, networks, applications, and cloud environments . You’ll tackle complex security challenges, turn emerging threats into practical defenses, and work closely with technology and business teams to build security into the environment by design.

This is an opportunity for a hands‑on security professional who wants technical ownership, meaningful influence, and the opportunity to mentor others .

What You'll Do

Design, configure, and maintain security solutions across endpoint, network, application, and cloud environments.

Investigate and resolve complex security issues and incidents.

Monitor emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques and translate intelligence into actionable controls.

Work with authentication, access management, logging, SIEM, and event‑correlation technologies.

Automate security processes using scripting, APIs, and configuration management.

Partner with IT and business teams to embed security into technology and business initiatives.

Communicate security risks and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Mentor junior engineers and promote security engineering best practices.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience.

Strong hands‑on experience with security platforms, automation, scripting/APIs, and configuration management.

Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and applications.

Experience with IAM/authentication, logging, SIEM, and security event analysis.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to translate complex security risks into practical, business‑focused solutions.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

A proactive mindset and genuine interest in the evolving threat landscape.

Preferred, not required:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, MIS, or related field; Security+, CISSP, GIAC, SANS, or similar certifications.

Why Join?

Work across a broad and modern security environment rather than a single security domain.

High level of technical ownership and visibility.

Opportunity to influence security architecture and engineering practices.

Strong learning and professional development culture.

Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including retirement contributions, paid time off, parental leave, and healthcare.
