Job description
Jacobs in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead pre-construction and construction for a data center project valued at $10M TIC or more. You will oversee contractor performance, schedule, safety, and cost, and report to Jacobs management.
Requires at least 12 years in large building or civil projects, a bachelor's in engineering or construction management, data center experience, and familiarity with BIM, LEAN, NFPA70E, and OSHA 30. Onsite role with competitive benefits.
