Job description
Gilbane Building Company seeks a Senior MEP Manager to lead and mentor the MEP teams on multiple projects, coordinating with Project Managers and Project Executives to define regional needs and project specific needs. This role sits primarily on the job site, with occasional travel for trainings and meetings.
You will build high-performing teams, oversee MEP-GMP, coordinate with PMs, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while aligning with Gilbane's values of integrity and teamwork.
