Job description

An enterprise organization is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of its data product roadmap. Leveraging modern cloud data platforms, CRM systems, proprietary solutions, and a growing set of AI and automation tools, this role will help establish data as a strategic, business-impacting product within the organization.

This role reports to the VP of Product Management and works closely with Data Engineering and Analytics teams, business stakeholders, and technical partners to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver data solutions including emerging AI-powered capabilities that create measurable business value.

Who You Are

Leader: You bring vision, leadership, and collaboration skills to identify business-impacting opportunities enabled by data platforms.

Intellectually Curious: You collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and identify effective solutions.

Technically Fluent: You're comfortable working with data engineers and analysts and can translate ambiguous business problems into clear data and technical requirements.

Agile: You thrive in a fast-moving organization while maintaining focus on the broader product vision.

Self-Starting: You learn quickly, take initiative without needing explicit direction, and welcome feedback.

Team Player: You prioritize team success and demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and accountability.

What You'll Do

Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products supporting data engineering and analytics teams, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day business needs.

Champion a "data as a product" mindset, helping the organization manage data assets with the same rigor, ownership, and quality standards applied to customer facing products.

Partner closely with business stakeholders across the organization to identify data needs and opportunities that directly impact company KPIs.

Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that data and analytics teams can plan and execute against.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with technical teams, including data engineering, analytics engineering, and data platform teams, to ensure the roadmap is realistic and appropriately sequenced.

Identify and help scope opportunities to apply AI and modern data technologies to internal business challenges, partnering with engineering teams to pilot and validate new capabilities.

Run agile ceremonies and manage the backlog for data-focused scrum teams, tracking delivery and velocity while keeping stakeholders informed.

Prepare and present roadmap updates, business cases, and project status to senior leadership and business partners.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with exposure to data platforms, analytics, or data engineering.

Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver a product roadmap.

Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and tooling such as Databricks , Snowflake , or similar technologies.

Exposure to AI- or machine-learning-powered product initiatives is a plus.

Experience working in an agile delivery organization and familiarity with product management tools such as Jira , Confluence , or similar platforms.

Ability to analyze business and/or technical problems and translate insights into actionable data and software development requirements.

Ability to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and highly organized.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership.

Creative, innovative, and exploratory mindset.

Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Experience working in the real estate industry is preferred.

Full-time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Competitive compensation and annual bonus opportunity

401(k) matching

Flexible paid time off, including paid holidays, a floating holiday, and volunteer time

Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits
