Job description
Block, Inc. is looking for a Data Scientist to join the Cash App Support team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will analyze large datasets, develop actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the customer support experience.
Essential qualifications include a degree in statistics or a related field, and advanced skills in SQL, Python, as well as data visualization tools. This role also involves designing A/B tests and communicating findings to improve operations.
