Job description
Ascend is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to own measurement across surfaces that move customers' money. You will define metric thresholds, align three teams, and ensure accountability for thresholds after go-live. This role funds a standalone data scientist position to focus on measurement in a fast-growing insurance fintech.
Expect to own accuracy, success, and exception metrics, build models that change workflows, and monitor forecasts vs. reality with drift and re-fit planning.
