Job description
Flex is a NYC-headquartered FinTech transforming rent payments and consumer bill management. We’re seeking a senior analytics/engineering expert to build data foundations, model consumer behavior, and drive decisions with experiments and dashboards.
You’ll partner with Product, Risk, and GTM to instrument features, measure adoption, and ensure data quality at scale. NYC Tier 1 market role with hybrid office expectations.
