Job description
This is a senior data science role inside a Boston healthcare AI company, owning the analytical work that decides what the product predicts and how confidently it does so.
What you will do
Lead modelling work across clinical, claims and operational healthcare datasets.
Design experiments and validation strategies that stand up to clinical and payer scrutiny.
Translate ambiguous clinical questions into measurable modelling problems.
Mentor mid-level data scientists and set analytical standards across the team.
What we are looking for
Deep statistical and machine learning grounding, with published or peer-reviewed rigour welcomed.
Experience with healthcare data structures such as EHR extracts, claims or registry data is a strong advantage.
Fluency in Python or R, SQL and modern experimentation tooling.
Ability to explain analytical trade-offs to clinicians, executives and regulators.
Package
$165,000 to $205,000 base, plus equity and full US benefits. Hybrid in Boston.
