Job description
SAIC seeks a Data Scientist focusing on NLP processing and data prep, with extensive Java and Python background. The role is based in McLean, VA and requires a TS/SCI with polygraph.
You will rewrite legacy Java apps, extend back-end systems, and build scalable services using REST APIs while ensuring stability with JUnit/Mockito. The candidate should have deep Java experience, Spring/Spring Data JPA, and familiarity with Oracle/Tomcat/AWS in a Linux environment.
