Job description
KIOXIA America, Inc. seeks a Staff Customer Qualification Engineer to support qualification of datacenter SSD products. You will develop and execute test plans, analyze failures, and report status, coordinating across customers and internal teams.
You will manage complex qualification infra, drive schedule-aligned qualifications, and triage issues to resolution while delivering clear, detailed test status reports. Strong communication is essential.
