Job description
Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sr DC Manager to lead operations at a high-volume retail distribution center. In this role, you’ll direct inbound, outbound and inventory teams to ensure safe, accurate and on-time flow of product to stores and e-commerce guests. You will manage KPIs, labor planning, budgeting and process improvements while fostering a guest-obsessed, inclusive and collaborative culture. Partner with cross-functional leaders to support growth, implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing supervisors and associates in a fast-paced environment.
