Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced DDI SRF Engineer with 10+ years of experience in DNS, DHCP, IPAM, VitalQIP, and BlueCat to support enterprise and global network operations. The role will focus on Service Request Fulfillment, DDI changes, troubleshooting, implementation, validation, and operational support.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in DDI / Network Engineering .
Strong hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM .
Expertise in VitalQIP and BlueCat .
Experience supporting global/multi-region DDI environments.
Strong knowledge of DNS records, zones, resolution, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Service Request Fulfillment (SRF) and Change Management/CRQs .
Strong understanding of networking and IP addressing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and fulfill DNS/DHCP/IPAM DDI service requests .
Manage VitalQIP globally across multiple regions and support BlueCat environments.
Design, peer review, schedule, implement, validate, and close DDI requests.
Perform pre- and post-implementation checks and execute approved CRQs .
Fulfill Resource Record, Device Registration, and Site Code requests.
Troubleshoot complex DNS/DHCP/IPAM issues and provide L2/L3 support.
Collaborate with business partners, customers, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
Act as a DDI SME and maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
