Job description
Highmark Inc. is seeking a Lead Decision Support Analyst to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with customers and design teams to prioritize data and information requirements. The role involves developing and supporting decision support systems and reporting tools to help inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong SAS/SQL and data modeling skills, and a track record of leading complex projects. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
