Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team developing next-generation mechanical and electrical solutions for defense applications. You will oversee ideation, prototyping, and technology development from lab to proposal.
This leadership role requires 10+ years in STEM, strong technical and regulatory background, and ability to travel up to 15%. You will partner with program managers and research customers to advance R&D outputs into production
