Job description
SAAB seeks a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead defense manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. You will own system architecture, requirements, and integration for air, land, and naval solutions, using MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams.
You will mentor engineers, conduct trade studies, supervise verification/validation, and ensure safety, reliability, and defense standards compliance on mission-critical programs worldwide.
