Job description
SAAB is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead defense programs from concept through delivery. The role owns system architecture, requirements, and integration for air, land, and naval solutions using MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams.
You will decompose customer needs, conduct trade studies, oversee verification and validation, and ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and defense standards. Mentoring engineers and global collaboration are integral to the role.
