Job description
SAAB seeks a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to lead defense manufacturing programs from concept through delivery. You will own system architecture, requirements, and integration for advanced air, land, and naval solutions, using MBSE to align multidisciplinary teams.
You will mentor engineers, conduct trade studies, oversee verification/validation, and ensure compliance with safety, reliability, and defense standards on global projects that enhance long-term security.
