Job description
Refine Labs is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead strategy across Demand Gen, Content, RevOps, and Product Marketing. This role partners with CMOs and senior marketing leaders to build programs that convert buyer signals into revenue.
The position is remote across the United States with prioritization for several states. The target salary is $180,000 and is standardized across the team for equity. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and ROI.
