A growing premium pet food company is seeking a Demand Planner / Procurement Manager to manage demand forecasts and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Responsibilities include working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing, ensuring product availability, and optimizing inventory while balancing supplier performance and costs. This full-time role is based in Natick, MA, with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $115,000 per year.
