Job description
L’Oréal Usa is seeking a Manager of Demand Planning to lead the brand's forecast, inventory health, and catalogue productivity. You will build a bottoms-up forecast with market intelligence and drive the monthly S&OP cycle in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a SAP environment. Hybrid work setup and US work authorization are required.
