Job description
Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Demand Planning for HOKA to lead the NA Wholesale demand planning function. You’ll drive data-driven forecasts, coordinate S&OP cadence, and align cross-functional priorities with business goals.
You will partner with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Brand Planning teams to shape demand, identify risks, and implement improvements across forecasting processes and planning tools.
