Job description
Carboline, a St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer, seeks a Demand Planning Manager to partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business objectives.
You will drive planning improvements and provide visibility into demand trends, risks, and opportunities to improve inventory performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead the S&OP process, transform data into actionable forecasts, and develop dashboards.
