Job description
The Deputy Director of Operations at Operations Council oversees the daily management and operational oversight of the communications center to ensure efficient, compliant emergency and non-emergency dispatch services. This role provides leadership for Operations Supervisors, Shift Supervisors, Dispatch and Call taking personnel, and Warrants/NCIC staff.
It requires a strong background in public safety communications, CAD/radio systems, and supervisory experience, with certifications obtainable
