ServiceMaster Brands seeks a seasoned Deputy General Counsel to support our growing franchise networks, particularly ServiceMaster Restore and ServiceMaster Clean, and Shared Services teams. This role serves as a senior legal leader and trusted business partner, providing practical, solution-oriented guidance across the organization.
The Deputy General Counsel will lead litigation management, review and draft commercial contracts, and shape legal strategy to align with business objectives.
